Week 2: HELP!
Scripture: Psalm 42
* What is the difference between sadness and depression?
* What is good about being sad?
* What can I say or do for a person experiencing depression?
Applications:
I deal with depression.
I need to pray like David did in Psalm 42.
I will learn to embrace my sadness and open up to someone about my depression.
I would be willing to share my story of either loneliness or hard times.
